Our service offers easy and efficient way to follow, report, handle, and analyse deviations. Deviation can be broken cooler in a market, an accident in a ship or new slippery carpet in the office.

Here is how it works

  • After the deviation is logged, the person in charge automatically receives an email- and/or an SMS-notification
  • This message includes the link to the deviation report, the date that deviation is logged among other things
  • Commenting, answering and redirecting the deviation are standard functions
  • Users can ask the deviation source as well as other experts questions to solve the deviation
  • Send an answer to the person who initially reported the deviation
  • Deviation always has status (new, in progress, ready)
  • The system automatically reminds of deviations that are not handled in a predefined time
  • The user is able to define infinite amount of message templates which makes messaging faster and more consistent
  • Message templates can be created for different languages as well as the deviation forms
